ON SALE Gačionys Manor (Rokiškis district), radiating peacefulness, authenticity and aesthetics was revived by Baron Piotr Rosen, a descendant of the Barons’ Rosen family, who owned the manor for three centuries.

The wooden Gačionys manor house was built in the 19th century in a classic style and has been recently renovated.
In 2001 the manor was rightfully returned to Baron Antanas Rosenas, and the Manor palace was fully restored. In 2006 The Gačionys estate flourished as its original beauty was brought back to life, closely preserving the original according to both memories and iconography. Not only have the exterior details of the building been restored, but the internal authenticity has been preserved as well. This is the only wooden mansion in Rokiškis region that has survived. Now the Estate of Gačionys looks as it did in 1939 when Petras Rosenas, the Grandfather of the today’s owner Piotr Rosen was forced to abandon it.
Visitors are cordially welcomed by Baron Piotr Rosen to the halls, dining rooms, gym and seven bedrooms in the manor.
Two rooms feature restored fireplaces, cassette ceilings, parquet and stylish furniture that invite guests to enjoy the cosy atmosphere. The photos of the ancestors of Baron Rosen line the hall walls. The handsome library has always been an important part of the manor, while the dining room is the true core of the mansion. Excellent cuisine has always been a business card – a delightful and inseparable aspect of the Manor.
Baron Piotr Rosen, the inheritor of the Estate did not limit money, energy or time to revive the park and the revived aesthetic makes this one of the most beautiful mansions in the country. The spacious and enchanting Gačionys Manor Park consists of hundreds of old trees, beautifully kept lawns, two ponds, a runlet, bridges, a two hundred-year-old linden-lined avenue and a romantic alley leading towards the lake. The park is decorated with specially selected tables and benches and the park has evening illumination tastefully installed.
Lake Gačionys with the size of 34 hectare also belongs to the property of Gačionys estate. This lake provides great entertainment and refreshment for the guests of the Manor who can rest there and enjoy real peace and quiet. Guests can enjoy: a beach, quays, kayaks, a boat and fishing equipment is also available.
